• Easily converts a standard 4-1/2” (115mm) angle grinder from a power tool that traditionally uses powerful cutting, carving and sanding accessories into one that is capable of also doing miniature detail carving and texturing, using many ⅛” and ¼” mandrel accessories.
• The ER-11 collet allows for total clamping along its inner surfaces. Because the collet can compress evenly, it can hold accessories with mandrel or shafts up to a millimeter below the shank diameter.
• Fits directly on any 4 ½” Angle Grinder with a ⅝”-11 threaded shaft
• Runs true with no slippage or loosening from the angle grinder
• Accepts carbide burrs and carving bits with ⅛” and ¼” shafts
• Manpa ER-11 Collet is made from high grade tool steel, hardened, and ground to close tolerance.
• Kerf cuts allow the collet to expand and contract as needed within the specific clamping range to securely hold the tool or workpiece.

• Excellent for texturing designs on woodturnings, bowls, platters, spoons etc.
• Burning after texturing will further enhance your work
• Depending on the pressure applied, these accessories are designed to naturally leave black circular rings as they burn wood

• Ensure you wear gloves when changing accessories. The Mini Collet and accessories, especially the concave eye cutters, get very hot! Alternatively, let them cool first.
• Use both wrenches when changing collets.
• Great for making cups, handles, spoons, free form artistic sculptures and whatever your vision wants to turn to reality.
• All Manpa ¼” Carving Bits performed extremely well and are easy to control, however, ⅛” accessories will take more practice to master.
• Do not use any of these accessories on rotary tool handpieces or air/electric grinders with a chuck.
• Use only with collet tightening tools. The collet’s gripping design allows our accessories to spin straight at high speeds, without wobbling, which is possible with chucked power units.
