Shipping Info

Shipping Info
We ship anywhere in the USA using UPS and USPS,   Options will be presented at check out. 

Orders over $100 may qualify for free shipping to the lower 48 in the USA. Heavy or oversized items and machines excluded. Free shipping will be ground shipping. Other exclusions may apply. Free shipping will appear as option during checkout on qualifying orders - option to upgrade shipping available for a fee.

  • If a shipping method chosen does not work due to size or weight the next possible shipping method will be used at our discretion

Please keep in mind shipping timelines are not guarantees. They are estimates based on the carrier timelines. 

Some items are ineligible to be shipped outside lower 48.

**International shipping please note,   we have no control over your countries taxes or import fees.  Your shipping covers the cost of shipping only and you are responsible for any other fees or duties charged by your country.   By ordering you are accepting this risk of additional fees. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason we see fit.  Some packages will be shipped via UPS based on volume/weight.

Large machine & Lathe purchases will be noted if ship via LTL Freight - please contact us for a shipping quote. 

Returns Policy & Discounts

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@turnerswarehouse.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns-  We accept returns of unused original condition for 30 days. Full refunds of the purchase price of the items are issued once the return has been made and inspected.   Shipping is the responsibility of the person returning the merchandise.   We reserve the right to refuse returns on a case by case basis due to unusual circumstances. 
Beyond 30 days the return is subject to approval and will only be done for store credit.   Please contact us for returns beyond 30 days for approval. 

Discounts- Only one discount can be used at a time.  We do not combine or back date discounts.   We reserve the right to cancel orders due to ineligible discount usage.   Discounts may not be shared or transferred.  

Quantity Discounts are worked into Pen kits & Projects kits - below chart will show on eligible items. Discount is taken automatically.
